124 Grand Market- 2019 Volunteer Call!
Wild Heart Collective needs fun and outgoing volunteers to assist with the 124 Grand Market. Help will be needed with our Market Bucks and Little Beans programs at our Sunday and Thursday market locations on 124 Street. As a volunteer, you’ll keep our market lively and accessible as well as assist in educating kids about agriculture and food security. In return you can earn Market Bucks to spend anywhere at the market!
-be able to work at minimum 2 shifts between May 16th and October 10th.
-be comfortable handling cash.
-be comfortable engaging with members of the public (adults AND kids).

Thursdays - 124 St. and 108 Ave. (4:00pm-8:00pm, May 16th-October 10th)
Sundays - 124 St. and 102 Ave. (11:00am-3:00pm, June 3-August 26)
Saturdays- Special Wild Heart events (various times)
How many shifts would you be interested in taking per month?
The markets take place every Thursday/Sunday, meaning a total of 8-10 markets per month. Priority will be given to volunteers interested in more consistent work through to August (September-October is great, but we understand that schedules change into the fall! We can follow up then.)
Casual (1-2 per month)
Weekly (3-5 per month)
I'll take as many as I can get!
