  • All information for event promotions must be submitted no later than 10 weekdays prior to start date, otherwise promotions will begin the following week. In general, announcements will run for 3 weekends (including the weekend of the event). For recurring events or for additional promotional time, contact communications@gotocrosspoint.com.
  • Your event must be approved by your ministry's Point Person PRIOR to submission of event form.
