- Zoom security settings for all webinars are applied as advised by the LeapEd technical team.
- The link to the session is shared 24 hours before the start of the webinar.
- Meeting/ webinar rooms are opened 5 minutes before the scheduled starting time.
- LeapEd uses Zoom for Business and never publicly advertise the link to the session. Entry is only allowed by invitation via the link emailed to registered participants.
