Facility Request
This form is used to reserve your event time on the church calendar. Events are considered first upon ministry need, ministry related events, then other requests. Events are not final until confirmed by the office. A confirmation email will be sent once everything is set. Please see our General Use Policies and Facility Rental Information for full details.

There may be circumstances , such as a funeral, that will interfere with your scheduled event. Although rare, we will give you as much notice as possible.
