POOL PARTY REGULATIONS
Pool parties must be arranged with the pool manager and approved at least 2 weeks in advance. A refundable cleaning fee deposit of $25 is required at least one week before the pool party. This deposit will be returned if the pool and covered areas are cleaned up to the lifeguard’s satisfaction. Make checks payable to Northwood Park Swim Club. The cleaning deposit will be dropped off at Northwood Park Swim Club to the lifeguard on duty at least ONE WEEK before the desired party date.
The pool party may be scheduled for 2 hours (10:45 - 12:45) for a nonrefundable fee of $100 for up to 25 swimmers (members and non-members included). Parties with 26 to 33 swimmers will be charged an additional $50. NO MORE THAN 50 ATTENDEES ALLOWED.
Fee covers all lifeguard duties for the 2-hour party. Fee is due at the time of the party.
The total number attending the party will not count against the monthly guest total of the owner.
Check-in with the lifeguard will be required at the time of the event. Check out is required after all debris and refuse from the party/group has been picked up and the picnic area and bathhouse returned to its original condition.
All other rules of the Northwood Park Swim Club will be followed.
