E-government is the digital dimension of governments and it is usually a dynamic way through which citizens can pay taxes, can participate to decisions, may pay fines, or book a doctor or check their pension schemes. It has existed for more than 10 years in Europe, and many issues are at stake which make everyday usage a bit more complicated than expected.
So, we would like to explore how e-government and online services are used by different countries in Europe through the European investigation called "Dig-Equal", a project which wants to lead to the creation of a simple online tool to orienteer on e-government adoption and advantages.
To do so, we ask you some simple questions that will be very helpful for the creation of a course and for the development of an immersive web-app that wants to engage adults in exploiting the advantages of e-government.
