What would you like to chat about?
Required
Let me know in a little more detail what you're having problem with, or what you have questions about.
Your answer
What are your short-term (12 weeks or less) goals? Be as specific as possible. "I'd like to get stronger" or "I wanna get jacked" aren't going to cut it. "I'd like to add 30 pounds to my squat" or "I'd like to add 5-10 pounds of quality size/lose 20 pounds while keeping my strength up" are perfect!
Your answer
What are your long-term fitness goals? It's all right to be a little more abstract here.
Your answer
Describe your training history in as much detail as possible. What have you tried? What has worked well? What's produced less than stellar results?
Your answer
What are your best lifts?
Your answer
If you're asking about programming or any of the lifts, please paste YouTube or Vimeo URLs here.
Your answer
Do you have anything that significantly impedes your ability to train and recover? A stressful job, difficulties sleeping, poor diet, etc
Your answer
Do you have any physical limitations to training? Old injuries, movements that cause you pain, etc? If so, have you gotten them checked out by a physical therapist/physio?
Your answer
Do you have any chronic diseases, or are you on any medication I should be aware of? Please refer to the medical disclaimer at the bottom of the page. I'll help you get strong and awesome, but I do not pretend to be a medical practitioner
Your answer
Anything else you'd like to tell me?
Your answer
What's the most convenient way to chat? Email, phone, or Skype/Google Hangouts?
Your answer
Please copy and paste this statement (with your name filled in), and initial beneath it: I (your name) recognize that strength training carries with it inherent risks. I assume all risk, and release Greg Nuckols from all liability should anything befall me while lifting heavy things and implementing any advice he gives me. Nothing he says is meant to be construed as medical advice.
