Fall Parties and Character Parade 2019
Lincoln School Families,

This year the day of fall parties occurs on a full student attendance day. Student instruction and engagement is always a priority; therefore, the morning session of October 31 will be dedicated to instruction. A part of the instructional aspect of this day will include the return of our annual storyteller assembly. To ensure the AM session is focused on instructional engagement, costumes will be limited to only the AM kindergarten students in the morning. All other students can transition into their costumes during/after the lunch period. All students are encouraged to transition into their costume here at school. Staff will be available to assist students. Please ensure your child's costume is school appropriate and simple to wear.

Students are also welcome to go home during lunch on October 31 to change into costumes. Please complete this form to indicate if your child will remain at school or change into their costume at home. Please be sure you fill out the form for each child in your family.

Weather permitting, the parade of characters will begin at 12:40 PM on the blacktop adjacent to the Franklin Street entrance. In the event of inclement weather, the parade will be held indoors in the gym/auditorium. Following the parade, students will participate in classroom parties.

Additionally, please remember all classroom parties are food/beverage-free events. Please keep this in mind when preparing for classroom parties at Lincoln this year.
