We're a group of user experience designers working to build a mobile app for a queer transportation service nonprofit based in San Francisco. To better understand the needs of drivers, we developed the following survey. It should take no longer than 5 - 10 minutes to complete. Answer what you feel comfortable sharing.

In order to protect your privacy, we won't ask for any personal information, but if complete anonymity is important to you, please do not provide any unique details. However, if you want to share your contact information so we can interview you further, there's a place to do so at the bottom of the survey.
