Do you wish to apply for financial aid to cover transportation costs in order to bring your students to a screening? *
Deposit: please note that a deposit check of $100 is required to reserve space for your students, in order to guarantee your attendance. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the $100 deposit.
Why a deposit?
In past editions, some schools over-booked seating and gave no advance notice when they were not in full attendance, causing waitlisted classes to miss out on the event.
Checks can be made to Alliance Française de Seattle and must be mailed to our office within 1 week of your form submission. Reservations are considered completed once the check is received.
The deposit fee will be reimbursed after the event.
