LGBT Rights Committee Virtual Name Change Clinic Attorney Volunteer Registration
The purpose of this form is to register volunteers for the April 9th virtual name change legal clinic sponsored by  the LGBT Rights Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Philadelphia LGBTQ Bar Association. Please note that at this time, we do not have the capacity for any non-legal or law student volunteers. Additionally, preference will be given to volunteers who are able to commit to filing the name change petitions completed at the clinic.

You will need to register for the CLE training, which will be held from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6th, on the Philadelphia Bar Association's website, here:

Event Timing: April 9, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. ( 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. and 1:30 - 4:00 p.m. shifts)
