2025 FSPA Spring Convention Session Proposal
Use this form to submit a session proposal for the 2025 FSPA State Convention on April 3-5th in Orlando at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld  (6677 Sea Harbor Dr, Orlando, FL 32821).

Your proposed session would be held on Friday, April 4, 2025. 

The deadline to submit a proposal for inclusion in the program is Friday, March 7, 2025. 

Vendors are limited to two sessions per company. Please coordinate with your team before submitting and remember that sessions are for educational purposes only. Selling of products is strictly prohibited. Please email langevbs@myscps.us with any questions. All speakers associated with vendors must be paid sponsors to be able to speak. 

Note, submitting a proposal does not guarantee a session time and FSPA reserves the right to not accept a proposal for any reason, including limited space availability or content.
