COVID-19 PROTOCOLS: Information regarding the COVID protocols will be circulated in advance of the clinic. Before the session, an electronic COVID Player Waiver must be completed for each player in attendance. This form will be emailed to the address you provide in the registration form. Unfortunately, parents and spectators will NOT be permitted to enter the facility at this time.

SPACES ARE VERY LIMITED due to facility caps in place for COVID-19 safety protocol. A wait list will be implemented if needed.
