Choosing the right college can be exciting – and overwhelming! It's important to Grand Canyon University that students feel confident in their decision and happy about their choice. That's why we offer an overnight, all-expenses-paid trip to sunny Phoenix, Arizona where you can get the real 'Lope Life experience. We want to make sure that you feel welcomed and empowered to make an informed decision for your future.

Our campus visitation program can give you an opportunity to personally experience what it means to be a student at GCU. From exploring the campus and meeting current students to learning more about our academic offerings, we want you to make an informed decision on whether GCU is the best fit for you.

What Students Can Expect

During your campus visit, you can:

  • Learn more about your chosen academic program in an informative session
  • Observe and connect with the GCU community
  • Participate in hands-on academic activities
  • Eat at popular campus dining spots, including Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, The Habit Burger Grill, & more!
  • See our sunny campus and resort-style living

Event: Discover GCU

Dates: Friday, June 20th – Saturday, June 21st

Leaving Sacramento Airport: Arrive at Sacramento Airport in the morning on Friday, June 20th (exact time will be communicated 2 weeks before the scheduled trip)

Returning to Sacramento Airport: Evening of Saturday, June 21st (exact time will be communicated 2 weeks before the scheduled trip)

Field Trip Registration Deadline: June 6, 2025

How to Attend
1. Submit this interest form. Please note you will not be able to save your application midway through and will not be able to make changes after you submit.

2. University Admissions Counselor Brittany Flores will contact you within 48 business hours of interest form being submitted to lead you through the field trip registration process.
