Springfield Comic Con Refund Form
Hello Everyone,

PLEASE NOTE: THE REFUND WINDOW HAS NOW CLOSED. All remaining passes and tables will be transferred to the 2021 show.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, Springfield Comic Con will be postponed until 2021. We know this is sad news for many (including ourselves) but it’s the right choice to hit pause, regroup, and bounce back even stronger for 2021. We thank everyone for their support and ask that everyone stay healthy, stay safe, and be good to one another.

What happens next?
Refunds will be issued for anyone who wants one (minus service fees) or your pass will be honored for the 2021 show, whichever works best for you. Attendees and Vendors just need to reach out to us directly using the refund form below to let us know which option you'd like.

Submit your full name, email, and phone number via our refund form and you’ll be refunded (minus fees) by June 7, 2020.

Our ticket provider will be issuing refunds daily as they are verified. If you submit incorrect information there may be a delay in payment and they may contact you directly to resolve any issues. ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY MAY 24, 2021. After that, all passes and exhibitor space will automatically convert to 2021 passes.

To make sure this is stated clearly: If you opt for a refund you will lose the transaction fees. We don’t have the ability to waive those, but we do want to give you the option if you'd like your funds back.

The new date for the show will be July 24, 2021 and we hope to see everyone then. :D
