The Eastern Districts Junior Basketball Association (EDJBA) are excited to announce the James Janssen Coaches Clinic. 

Janssen is the Associate Head Coach of the Davidson College Women's Basketball Program. Janssen helped guide the Wildcats to their best ever record in 2025.

Janssen grew up in Melbourne and was a VJBL and Big V Player, VJBL Coach and committee member for the Blackburn Vikings before moving to the USA in 2012 to complete his masters degree at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. Janssen began volunteering for the Wake Forest Women's Program before ascending up the college ranks and moving to Davidson.

Janssen has been responsible for the recruitment of a number of Aussies to Davidson with this year's team boasting five in their record breaking season.

The topic of the clinic will be ‘Skills and Drills'.
