Southside Markets are a laid back, outdoor pop-up market celebrating spooky vibes, local creativity, entertainment, queer friendly, and community spirit. 

From weird vibes, unique handmade goods, local art and one of a kind finds, our market is a vibrant hub where creativity thrives and community comes together. 

Our motto? There’s something for everyone especially the eccentric.

Our Southside Fort Worth community is deeply committed to supporting local makers and artists, using community events as a way to celebrate connection and pride in where we live. Through our partnerships with the Morningside Project and Hemphill Mutual Aid, we aim to bring neighbors together and strengthen community ties.  


Vendors in bold harmonize perfectly with the event's theme, creating a captivating and cohesive experience! For this event we will be prioritizing Spooky/Halloween Vendors. We do not consider AI images as art.

This market is 100% OUTDOORS.  This is a RAIN or SHINE market. 

There are No Refunds. Thank you for understanding. 

(If the weather doesn't cooperate, our tentative reschedule date is TBD.)

(i.e... freezing conditions, lightning storms, damaging winds or excessive heat)


*Vendor must provide Tent, Table, Chairs, Weights, Lights, etc.

If you have a tent that is bigger than 10ft x 10ft or has legs that stick out further, you must request a corner spot and notify us via email. 

*10x10 ft Space $65 Outside 

*10x10 ft Requested Space $75 Outside 

*6ft Table $55 (Limited) Outside 

*Food Truck $130-$195

Vendor fees help cover essential costs such as advertising, entertainment, music, administration, social media management, waste disposal, and other expenses that support the success of the event.  

Once you have received an approval email, it will have payment information. You will be expected within 72hrs to respond and reserve your space. If we do not get a response we will pass your spot onto the next vendor and you may not be approved in future events.

Note to Vendors: All food vendors are required to follow Fort Worth City food permit and cottage food laws.

 Please be aware that city officials do conduct inspections. 

You must remain fully compliant with Fort Worth food safety guidelines.

For an additional fee you can request a specific 10x10 spot. Please write the spot number below.
(Ex. I am requesting spot number Orange 3.) Map requests will be confirmed the week before the event.
Would you like to share a booth with another vendor? If so, please indicate who you’d like to share with and ensure they also complete an application for approval. All vendors must be approved through our application process. There is an additional $20 fee for sharing with an approved vendor.
