2026 PA Latino Convention Call for Submissions

The 9th Edition of the Pennsylvania Latino Convention will take place September 20–22, 2026, in the historic City of Easton — and we are officially opening our Call for Proposals.

We invite educators, policymakers, corporate leaders, nonprofit professionals, researchers, health experts, entrepreneurs, advocates, and community innovators to submit proposals for seminars, workshops, presentations, and panel discussions that will shape one of the most influential Latino gatherings in the Commonwealth.

This is your opportunity to contribute to a statewide platform that drives policy, strengthens communities, and elevates Latino leadership across Pennsylvania. We are seeking dynamic, solutions‑focused sessions that address the most pressing issues facing our communities.

PALC welcomes proposals from:

  • Nonprofit organizations

  • Government agencies

  • Colleges and universities

  • Corporations and corporate ERGs

  • Health systems and providers

  • Community leaders and advocates

  • Researchers and policy experts

  • Entrepreneurs and business leaders

  • Artists, educators, and cultural practitioners

Collaborative proposals across sectors are strongly encouraged.

Proposals must be submitted electronically by JUNE 30, 2026. Incomplete or late submissions may not be considered.
