Foregen Event Coordinators
This position is considered high priority.

We are currently looking for volunteers to help Robert, our Director of Events, help plan and coordinate events for Foregen. Event Coordinators help with finding prospective events and meetings that Foregen could attend. Event Coordinators can also help with physical events, although this is not mandatory.

There are several openings for this position. They are considered high priority and we are looking for dedicated, committed volunteers to help fill them. There is a single opening for an Assistant Director of Events which will be decided on at a later date. Prospective applicants for the position of Assistant Director of Events should make sure to indicate such in the form below, and are encouraged to email robert@foregen.org. This is an excellent opportunity for volunteers to gain experience and quickly become core team members of Foregen.

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

- 18 years of age or older
- Supporter of Foregen and our mission
- Good proficiency in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Ability to communicate regularly and clearly with fellow team members
- Ability to handle emails and written correspondence
- Willingness to commit time to the position

Applicants are preferred, but not needed, to meet the following requirements:
- Willing to participate in actual events as a physical volunteer, if possible
- Willing to make and receive phone calls without issues

Additionally, Assistant Director applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Ability to communicate expeditiously
- Meet deadlines
- Ability to manage time and teams of people efficiently
- Have a passion for Foregen's goal
