Past years at this event when we were outdoors like we are now... we have had over 3500 people in a day!

This Event will have 50+ vendors. There will be contests all day, free presentations, and free entry fun.

The spaces will be 10x10 outdoor booths for a $50 fee.

10x20 outdoor booth for $80

Vendor booths will all be on the grass.

Power is not available.

Camping available near the festival(Limited Spaces) for $25 (20'x50' Dry Camp Spaces) on the form below. Camping is also available from the County on site at the Bannock County Event Center with full hookups ($35-$45).

Fees are not refundable, but transferrable to any future event.

Vendor fees can be paid via Venmo (@pokypartybarn), PayPal, Cash in Pocatello, or Card over the phone or via emailed invoice. Refund Policy: Vendor Fees are refundable ONLY if we cancel the event for whatever reasons on our end. If you have to cancel and are unable to attend for ANY reason the fee is Transferrable to any future event, but NOT REFUNDABLE.

Lots of family friendly activities, local resources, and entertainment to bring a crowd.

Find Nikki or Frank at the information booth. Setup on this event will be as early as 3pm and we ask you to be set up by 5pm on Friday and stay set up until 8pm. On Saturday... be set up by 10 am and stay setup until 8pm. DO NOT PULL VEHICLES ONTO THE GRASS until after 8:30PM or WHILE CUSTOMERS/PUBLIC ARE ONSITE. 20x50 Dry Camp Site near the festival area. - $25 (Camping is available from the county that has full hookups and is also at the same Event Center - $35-$45)

Raffle Item Donation - Logo on main banner and mentioned at the event by the DJ as well as your business card with your item all day at the raffle table.

$50 - #1 Mentioned on Social Medias and at the event periodically.

$100 - #2 Mentioned on Social Medias and at the event periodically. As well as have your logo placed on PocatelloEvents.com and on the event banner.

$500 - #3 Entertainment/Games Sponsor - All of #1&#2 plus a banner hung at the event on the building & a banner at the entrance naming you as a main sponsor. Mentioned in all advertising.

Initial here if you are not a sex offender in any location on earth. You also have never committed a crime against a child. You also will not bring any such person to this event. This event is for families and we intend to take every measure to keep it safe and fun for them.

We have been organizing events in Pocatello for 7 years and have experience of over 30 years. Our festivals have drawn huge crowds in the past. This will be on grass with trees and shade, lots of space, walking trails, and plenty for all ages to do. Please let us know any special requests you have such as placement near other vendors or spacing concerns. Vendor fee must be paid to guarantee your spot. Please come in enough time to be set up by 5pm Friday and stay set up until 8pm. Please be set up and ready to go by 10am on Saturday and stay set up until 8pm on Saturday. We will be there early. If you need to be early, please let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. An email with a map and final info will be sent out the week prior to the event. If you are interested in camping... you can do so by checking the Dry Camp Space above, or renting a space from the county right there on site. (Dry spots at the festival area will be limited to just 20 spaces.)
