This is In-Person Group Training for anyone that is located near Tomball, TX 77375 and need a little extra push by working out in a small group (2-6). I have a garage gym that has all the needed equipment to train a small group.
What is included: Each class is 45 minutes - one hour long. We will have a warm-up, workout, cool down / stretch. Before we start, we will have an initial meet up assessment where we talk about your goals and what you can expect from me. Workouts are geared more toward weight / strength training. I do not provide meal plans but can assist with meal ideas. I also offer Nutrition Coaching if that is something you are interested in.
Each class is $20. I have availability Monday-Thursday 4:30PM - 5:30PM / 6:30PM - 7:30PM / 7:30PM - 8:30PM, Friday one hour slots starting at 5 PM, and Saturday and Sunday all day.
