CFC Enrollment Application
Thank you for your interest in our schools.
Please complete the following questions to be considered for enrollment.
*Child must be 2 by Sept 2nd of the current school year to enroll for that school year.
** Please note a separate application must be completed for each child and/or school site.
Once completed your family will be placed in our waiting pool and you will be contacted within 14 days to schedule a site visit and tour.
