Become an emotion coach
Want your child to live a happy and fulfilling life? Become their emotion coach! Sarah is giving 3 talks to discuss emotion coaching and how you can start being an emotion coach in everyday life. You’ll learn the basics of self-compassion, how to set-limits for children, and how to better handle your child’s emotional ups-and-downs.
Emotion coaches are important because they help children talk about and regulate their emotions, which research shows is a key step toward living a happy and accomplished life. Join Sarah on 1 of 3 nights to learn to become an emotion coach.
