Hi, we are researchers from Virginia Tech. This study aims to develop an intelligent system that boosts social presence, encourages social interactions, and enhances learning outcomes by leveraging generative agents in asynchronous learning environments. We are looking for participants who have basic Python skills but have no prior experience in learning data structures and algorithms to test our system. The study will be conducted in person between Feb 14 - Feb 15 and will last about 60 min. You will get $20 USD for your participation.
