2025 NCJCL Certamen Question Submission
All JCL sponsors who plan to register at least one team in the state Certamen competition are asked to submit FIVE (5) questions for consideration for use in this year's tournament. All submissions will be reviewed and may be edited by the writing team; submission of a question does not guarantee its use. 

Questions may be written on topics of your choice, but information should be verified in one of the official Certamen sources (see Source List below).
