MHS Schedule Change Hardship Form (1st semester-2021/22)
Schedule changes will be extremely limited due to the pandemic and the numerous constraints this has placed on our master schedule. Schedule changes will only be considered for the following reasons:
1)Academic Misplacement (I am in the wrong level of an academic course),
2)Incomplete Schedule (hole in my schedule).

*Please do not use this form for elective change requests. Elective change requests will not be considered until Monday, September 13th and we will have a separate form for these requests.
