Please fill out the following information to register for NCYC with St. Agnes. Deposits can be mailed or dropped off to the church att: Cathy Becker/NCYC.

We will be gathering for fundraising soon. There will also be paper forms to fill out for registration and permissions and health information.

We have 15 tickets. Registration will close after the 15 tickets are reserved. There may be other tickets available through the diocese if we need more.

A few details:

Departure: Thursday, Nov 18 about 12noon
Return: Sunday Nov 21 about 2pm
Hotel: Hampton Inn 2244 East Perry Rd Plainfield IN (near airport-15 minute drive into Indy)
Meals: we can pre-purchase meal cards. Meals are pay as you go while on the trip. We recommend $25 per day. Breakfast is at hotel free
Activities: we usually get workshop and activity descriptions before the trip so we can plan some of our time.
Transportation: car-may rent mini-vans, will also use chaperone cars (parents or adults who are attending)

Cost: $375 per person with shared rooms (family in one room: $225 per person + $450 for room total)

Deposit $100: $50 per person due July 31 $50 per person due September 30 Fundraising may result in a return of deposit. Should you cancel your registration, the deposit is not refundable.
