This CU RMACC webinar breaks down the strengths and weaknesses of CU Boulder's approved AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, NotebookLM, and Zoom AI features. We’ll discuss best practices, common use cases each tool supports, and key considerations for handling  university data. Participants will gain guidance leave the webinar with a better understanding of how to pick the right AI tool for them.
