Sir Graeme Douglas International Volunteer Application
We are looking for some enthusiastic volunteers to help join our team to deliver the Sir Graeme Douglas International on 23rd February 2020. We have a range of volunteer roles available across 3 days, such as drivers, athlete meet and greet, event ushers and hospitality staff.
All volunteers will be provided with a t-shirt and the chance to see some of New Zealand's best athletes in action.

Athlete Support: Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd February
Event Date: Sunday 23rd February 2020
Venue: Douglas Track & Field, Auckland

Please note all volunteers must be 16 years and over. Please send this form to whomever you feel would also be a suitable volunteer.
All drivers must have a full drivers license and be able to drive a van.

Shift Timings & Roles
We have three days that we require volunteer assistance on. Friday will purely be airport pick up, Saturday will be primarily catering to the needs of the athletes and Sunday will be orientated around the event operations. Please see below more detail into the specific roles required;

Airport Shuttle - Meet and greet the athletes at the airport and transport them to their accommodation
Training Shuttle - Saturday afternoon, driving athletes to and from the arena for training
Arena Shuttle - Sunday morning, driving athletes to the arena from their accommodation to compete
Lincoln Green Hotel Help Desk - Greeting the athletes as they arrive at the hotel and helping with any queries
Venue Set Up - Assisting with the arena set up on Sunday morning
Event Usher - Assisting spectators at the event
Hospitality - Catering to the VIPs needs at the event (must have previous experience)
