* 4:30 - Show up ready to march around the Historic Old County Courthouse (The courthouse is located at: 1 Courthouse Square, Carthage, NC 28327).

* 5:30 - Join us inside the courthouse on the 2nd floor for the public comment portion of the County Commissioners meeting - you do not need to speak - your presence will speak for itself.

* Signs will be provided for your use.
