This form is for pool parties that are not requesting exclusive use of the pool (i.e. the pool will still be open to members/guests during your party).  

Please complete this form and submit to CHP Pool Membership Chair one week (two weeks for groups with more than 15 guests) prior to your scheduled party date.  You should hear back from the Membership Chair within 3 days regarding the status of your request.  Approved requests will be honored on a first come, first served basis. 

Party Fees:

- $25 fee for party of 20 swimmers or less

- $50 fee for parties of 20-40 swimmers (requires additional guards) (contact membership chair (swim@collegeheightspool.org) if you would like to request a party with more than 50 guests,

- $3 fee for each non-member swimmer
