I know how confusing nutrition can be. With so many different diets out there from Whole30 to Paleo, Gluten-Free, Vegan, Keto, etc. it can be hard to pick one and stick with it. Please know there is not one diet the works for everyone. We all have different bio-individuality and life choices that determine how we live. The goal is to figure out what works best for YOU. You deserve to be excited and enthusiastic about your life, what you eat, and how you feel.
Here are a few things you'll need to think about before starting any holistic nutrition program:
1. You have to be willing to make changes; drop your walls and get outside of your comfort zone and push yourself.
2. You must be open to staying dedicated and embracing the ups and downs. Success does not happen overnight. There maybe a lot of ups and downs during your journey and that's okay.
3. You must be willing to invest in yourself. If you don't value yourself enough to invest in feeling your healthiest, happiest and most confidence than you're either not committed to the process, or you don 't realize the value in it. What would you give to no longer feel bloated and low on energy? What would you give to feel sexy and confident every time you walk into the room?
