Donation Information Request
Due to changes we've implemented related to COVID-19 including lean staff/volunteers and a change in operations, we're asking anyone who wishes to donate to fill out the 10-question form below to streamline the donation process. Our operations coordinator will still email you to personally set up specific instructions regarding your donation; we'll do our best to get back to you within 2-5 business days.
