Please complete this form to request a donated certificate for an event. Pilotsmith has a limited number of certificates we can donate each year to worthwhile causes. We are a small company and receives dozens of requests per month for certificates, completing this form helps us organize and setup the resources necessary to help fulfill your request.

Pilotsmith may post of Facebook information about your event and that a certificate is available at your event for raising funds. If you are able to post your own facebook posting with event details and the item offering, we would share that posting with our audience. Our goal when donating these certificates is to raise as much money for your event as possible, our certificates when properly advertised have received as much as 150% of face value.
