Location: St Michael's Catholic Church is at 21 Tilbury Road, East Ham, London E6 6ED; a short walk away from East Ham Underground Station.

Tuesday sessions at St Michael's start with tea/coffee and biscuits from 7.15 pm, with the session itself starting at 8 pm.
The Retreat Day starts at 11 am and finishes at 5 pm, followed by Vigil Mass of Pentecost at 6pm.
