  1. You can always submit your work. Check which events are accepting abstracts and related deadlines below.  

    OCTOBERATLANTIC-first on October 13th 2026 [See Local Times]. Deadline: 02/09/2026
    DECEMBERPACIFIC-first, on December 15th 2026 [See Local Times]. Deadline: 02/11/2026

  2. What to submit: You can submit an abstract of unpublished / preprint work or a recently published paper.

  3. When are you submitting for: mark your preference for when you'd like to present if selected. You can mark "Atlantic or Pacific" if both options work for you. Please be aware that you must be present live during the “first” session.
    - Atlantic-first event: starting at 8:30 AM New York time, more convenient for Atlantic North America, South America, Europe, Africa;
    - Pacific-first event: starting at 9:30 AM Tokyo time, more convenient for Pacific North America, Pacific Asia, Oceania.
    Program:
    - 30 min: Highlights (5-min presentations)
    - 60 min: Keynote presentation
    - 60 min: Talks (10-min presentations)

Public Availability
Images and content presented at MVIF events may be posted publicly and shared through social media unless the presenter asks for it not to be during the speaker onboarding process. To avoid confusion, presentations not to be shared should be labeled 'Do Not Share' on each slide.
