February 2023: First Floor Reading Room Appointments

We welcome researchers to consult books and other textual material in the William H. Scheide Reading Room, Monday through Friday.

Morning appointments are from 9:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. Afternoon appointments are from 1:30 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.

Research appointments are strongly encouraged at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee a spot. Walk-ins may be accommodated if there are seats available.

- If you are scheduling appointments more than a month in advance, you will not receive a confirmation until about 2 weeks before the beginning of the month you've requested to visit. Email reference@librarycompany.org if you need confirmation sooner.

- If you submit an appointment request less than 48 hours before your visit, we may not see it in time. You still are welcome to visit as a walk-in; we will do our best to accommodate you.
