TSHWANE ENTRANCE FORM - SUMMER  2020
Next league starts on Saturday 3 October 2020  

Tshwane will host games for teams on Saturdays, Sundays, and Night league games on weeknights from 3 October 2020.

Registration Fee: R600 per team (All teams will need to pay registration before they will be able to see fixtures)

DAY LEAGUE (Saturdays and Sundays).

Game fees for Saturday and Sunday games will be charged at R920. (R115 per player per game)
Game fees at a discounted rate of R850 per game. This option is only available if the season is paid in full before the first match.  
Total for Summer Season day league works out to R8250 including registration. This is worked out on a standard  9 team division and can change due to the availability of teams.
Game fees paid late R1500 per game. Any team not paid in full before the game starts will be charged at R1500 per game. Any late or short payments will also result in a team losing all bonus points. Teams with outstanding fees will not be allowed to play any games until accounts are settled.
Games will not start before full payment has been received.
 

NIGHT LEAGUE (Monday to Thursday nights)

Night league games R1200 per team per game. (R150 per player per game)
(Finals for the night league will not be free and charged at R600 per team)
Games will not start before full payment has been received.

The payment structure for the night league:
 
Game fees are payable before each game. The umpire will not start the game without payment.  
If games rain out in the first innings your team will be credited R1050 toward your next game. The start of a game will cost each team R150. This is the cost for the umpire and the ball used.
If a game rains out in the second innings before 8 overs your team will be credited R900. The start of the second innings will cost each team R300.
If a game rains out after 8 overs in the second innings the game will have a result and full payment will be taken.


- Teams need to be wearing official LMS shirts to receive clothing bonus points.

A) MATCH FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE YOU PLAY. B) ANY TEAM FORFEITING A MATCH WILL BE LIABLE FOR BOTH TEAMS FULL MATCH FEES AND MUST PAY IN FULL BEFORE THE NEXT GAME. C) PAYMENT FOR RAINED OUT GAMES WILL BE REFUNDED PRO RATA PER OVERS PLAYED. D) TEAMS WITHDRAWING FROM THE LEAGUE WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL SCHEDULED MATCH FEES. E) LASTMANSTANDS HAS THE SOLE DISCRETION TO MOVE A TEAM WITHIN THE LEAGUES & MOVE MATCHES TO ALTERNATE VENUES. F) THE TEAM ORGANISER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT ALL PAYMENTS FOR ALL MATCHES ARE MADE PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF ANY MATCH. AT THE SOLE DISCREATION OF LASTMANSTANDS, FAILURE TO PAY MATCH FEES DUE PRIOR TO A MATCH MAY RESULT IN THE TEAM NOT BEING ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FURTHER MATCHES UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE MATCH FEES ARE PAID. THE TEAM ORGANISER SHALL BE HELD LIABLE FOR ALL AMOUNTS DUE FOR MATCHES PLAYED BY THE TEAM AS WELL AS FOR ALL AMOUNTS DUE AS A RESULT OF A TEAM WITHDRAWING IN TERMS OF (D) ABOVE. G) WITH ANY RAINED OUT/CANCELLED MATCHES, MATCH FEES WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE FOLLOWING SEASON AND NOT BE REPAID. H) FIXTURE AMENDMENT REQUESTS CAN ONLY BE MADE IN EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES (A MINIMUM OF 10 DAYS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR A REQUEST TO BE CONSIDERED). I) A MINIMUM OF 1 MATCH MUST BE PLAYED BY EACH PLAYER IN THE CURRENT SEASON TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY PLAYOFFS MATCHES. J) ALL PLAYERS & TEAMS MUST ABIDE BY THE LMS FAIRPLAY STANDARD. K) THE TEAM ORGAINSER AGREES THAT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY AS OF DATE OF ACCEPTANCE.
