Non-profit organizations are invited to set up a booth to share how your organization promotes peace and justice in Arkansas; provide information about your group and interact with attendees. Space is limited and will be allocated first come first serve. WE STRONGLY ADVISE BRINGING A POP-UP CANOPY TO PROTECT YOU SPACE FROM SUN AND WEATHER.
A $25 donation is requested for booth space to help cover our cost. Pop up Canopy rental are available for an additional fee. (Please contact us if about scholarship opportunities)

REGISTRATION FORM AND ALL FEES MUST BE RECEIVED BY SEPTEMBER 9, 2017.
Confirmation of vendor registration will be sent by e-mail. Additional information will be sent regarding set up time and logistics.
We will assign a 6' table in a 10' x 10' space. We will provide one table and two chairs. You will need to provide your own table cloths and decoration etc (if desired).
WE REQUEST YOU DO NOT USE GENERATORS IN AN EFFORT TO REDUCE NOISE.
Organizations are responsible for disposing of all trash in the nearest trash receptacle. We ask that you leave your assigned area in the same or better condition than when you arrived for set-up.
