We recommend joining the meeting at least five minutes before the meeting is scheduled to start.

To join the meeting, follow these directions:

1. Enter the event link in your Google chrome browser and press "enter". Event link: https://doilearn2.webex.com/doilearn2/onstage/g.php?MTID=e9b3d4882bb1bd98f15a48164e35db77f.



2. Under audio connection, select "call me", then select or enter your telephone number. You can select "I will call" using the number provided (1-415-527-5035) but there will be a toll charge instead of it being a free call.



3. Click on the green "Connect Audio and Video" button.



4. Do not close your screen. Just before the event starts, you will be called by WebEx. Answer the phone call from WebEx and follow their directions. The event access code is 905 276 765.



5. Follow the visuals on your screen and listen through your phone. Please make sure you have your phone on mute and NOT “hold” when not talking.
