Mahalo for inquiring to participate as a vendor in the 2023 Emergency Amateur Radio Club of Hawai`i Ham Radio Swap Meet, on Saturday, March 25th, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the former Fleet Reserve Association; now the National Guard Association Center at 891 Valkenburgh St. Honolulu, HI 96818.

Vendor Terms & Conditions
  • The cost for participation as a vendor is $10.00 per table (8-feet).  Currently, there is no limit to the number of table space each vendor may purchase.
  • Payment is due on the date of the event (March 25, 2023) via cash, check (payable to Emergency Amateur Radio Club of Hawaii), or electronically via PayPal.
  • Informational booths, strictly for the purpose of providing information, and not with the intent of personal gain, may apply for table space at no cost.
  • Tables and chairs are provided by the venue.  No outside tables and chairs are permitted unless otherwise coordinated with the event organizer.
  • Items for sale are limited to those directly associated with amateur radio and/or electronics.  The sale of general merchandise is prohibited; i.e. household items, drugs, weapons, food, pirated/copied and/or pornographic material, etc.  To inquire whether or not specific items are permitted for sale, contact the event organizer.
  • All sales, including trades, are at the discretion of each vendor.  The event sponsor, organizer, or venue, are not responsibile for the adjudication of transactions between vendors and buyers.
  • Food & drink is not permitted.  The venue will have for sale, food & beverage.
  • All items not sold shall be removed from the premisses by the vendor.  Excess waste shall not be left in the venue trash receptacles.
  • Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Time for setup is as early as 8:00 a.m. on the morning of the event.  Doors open to the public at 9:00 a.m.
  • Doors close to the public at 12:00 p.m.  All vendors and their property shall be removed from the venue no later than 1:00 p.m. on the afternoon of the event.
  • These terms & conditions are not all inclusive — the event sponsor, organizer, or venue reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service.
