Motor City Mobile Wellness Community Survey
This survey has been created by Y9 Challenge Detroit Fellows, Healing by Choice! and the Radical Well-Being Center to gain community insights on our Mobile Healing Space project (now known as Motor City Mobile Wellness).

Our design question asks "How might we amplify community voices as we co-create a sustainable and versatile mobile healing space that meets Detroiters where they are; and increases access to holistic wellness services, practices, and resources?"

Your voice and knowledge of the communities you live and serve in are important to us. It will inform how we move forward so we can meet people where they are in their physical space and healing journeys.
