REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, your plans change and you can’t join us for this year's annual meeting and you wish to get a refund, please let us know as soon as possible so that local organizers can make the necessary adjustments in their planning.

Here are the details about refunds:
- No refund for the CMESG membership fees ($ 35)
- Cancellation before May 8 (inclusively) = Full refund of the conference fee and of the academic program fee
- Cancellation between May 9 and May 30 (inclusive) = Refund of half of the conference fee and half of the academic program fee
- No refunds if the cancellation is made on or after May 31
