Our office tenants are selected based on the diversity, vibrancy, and services they will bring to our community. The Idea Foundry staff works as a team to curate the needs of our community through our office tenants. Applicants closely aligned with our mission pillars of small business & entrepreneurship, the Maker movement, and STEM education will be given priority.

This form is not a contract and does not guarantee office space.  Completing this form does place the applicant on the Idea Foundry wait list for a private office.  You will be personally contacted as spaces appropriate for your request become available.
