Chief-To-Chief Peer Mentoring
The NJ State Fire Chief's Association recognizes the importance of helping chiefs and officers deal with the ever increasing challenges of being a leader, especially for new chiefs and officers. This Chief to Chief Peer Mentoring program initiative is to share knowledge, experiences and wisdom in a productive and supportive manner.
This program will pair up chiefs and other officers with peers to discuss/mentor/advise on items/issues of similar interest. The plan is to connect chiefs and other officers who have areas of interest /knowledge / experience they want to learn more about with chiefs who have these areas of knowledge, and or experiences they are willing to share with other chiefs who desire to learn more about a topic, issue, or program.
For all that sign up we thank you for your commitment to making the fire service a better place Are you interested and committed to being a Mentor / Advisor?
