Cancellation Policy
In order to serve you the best way I can, I require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments booked.

This allows me to move other clients around in a timely manner.

If you fail to notify me 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be subjected to a 100% of the services booked cost fee. If you are 15 minutes late or more to your scheduled appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you, in this case a same day cancellation fee will apply. this also may cause you to pre-pay prior to your appointment, in order for me to secure your appointment day//time.

I do require a CC (Credit Card) to be held on file to ensure your appointment is secure. I may also ask you to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to your appointment. this will ensure your appointment is secure.

I understand things happen, life happens, but please be mindful of my schedule as well as my other clients schedules.
