    Room Selection & Set-up

    Room setup arrangements must be made at the time of application. NOTE: No furniture may be moved by the group. The library does not permit storage of organization's goods. Groups are required to clean up after use. A minimum of $50 will be charged to the Contact Person's library account if the meeting room is left needing repair, extensive cleaning, or extra furniture re-arrangement. Room capacity is determined by the Mundelein Fire Department; exceeding the capacity is forbidden. If you expect more attendees than the listed capacity, please contact the library for possible partnering options.
