Welcome to the Self Made October Challenge. The Challenge runs for four weeks from Monday, Sept 30 - Friday, Oct 25.
The goal of this challenge is to give you more flexibility picking your classes without sacrificing accountability from your Trainers and fellow Teammates. As you answer these questions, think about what has worked for you in the past, whether that was a Challenge or a buddy or something else entirely. We will not be sharing your answers with anyone -- the questions are designed to help you find a workout plan that will work for you.
We will send a questionnaire each week with ideas to inspire you and a reminder to pick your classes!
