HES Bus Change
This form may be used to arrange a dismissal change in bus transportation for a specific date.  For safety reasons, we require 24 hours notice of the change.  The timestamp will be recorded when you hit the SUBMIT button. Please also send a note in to your child's homeroom teacher. For recurring changes please contact the bus company directly.
