Use this form to register yourself and others for our annual Speakers` Appreciation Dinner. For location, time, cost and menu details see our Annual Dinner page on "http://haalsa.org/tour-dinner.htm".

Our dinner host does not require pre-selection of entrée choices. Thus we require only your name and contact details and the names of each of your guests. Names are needed for the place cards (for seating arrangements) and for the counts of persons expected to attend that we provide to our host a few days before the event.
